Talent Systems announced today that Justin Kramer has been named Chief Executive Officer, effective March 2, 2026. Kramer, a seasoned entertainment and technology entrepreneur and current Board member, succeeds Co-CEOs Alex Amin and Rafi Gordon, who will continue to help shape Talent Systems’ long-term strategy as members of the company’s Board of Directors.
Kramer’s appointment reflects Talent Systems’ ongoing commitment to creating value for its customers while thoughtfully navigating the challenges the industry continues to face.

Amin and Gordon acquired leading casting technology platforms Casting Networks and Cast It Systems in 2017, further growing the Talent Systems portfolio with the acquisition of Casting Frontier, Spotlight, Cast It Reach, Staff Me Up and Tagmin. As Co-CEOs, Amin and Gordon drove scalable platform improvements that modernized and streamlined the user experience amid a fast-changing industry landscape, building the preeminent portfolio of products for talent discovery, sourcing and hiring in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Latin America.
