The organization welcomes four new CSA Members to the Board and announces members of the European Chapter Board of Governors.
Talent Systems congratulates the Casting Society (CSA) on announcing its the Casting Society (CSA) today has announced its newly elected Board of Directors for 2023/2024, with Destiny Lilly serving her second term as President, Steven Tylor O’Connor serving a second term as Treasurer and Elizabeth Berra serving her second term, now as VP Governance. In addition, Becca McCracken now serves as Secretary.
Leadership for the European Chapter Board of Governors are: Cassandra Han as President, Gillian Hawser as Vice President, Olissa Rogers as Secretary and Claudia Blunt as Treasurer.

About Destiny Lilly
Destiny Lilly is an Emmy-nominated casting director based in New York. Recent projects include Only Murders in the Building (Hulu); Purlie Victorious on Broadway and the upcoming The Color Purple Musical Feature (Warner Bros.). Lilly works at The Telsey Office where she also casts plays and musicals for Ars Nova, Classic Stage Company, New York Stage & Film, MCC Theater, Atlantic Theater Company, Second Stage Theater, The Perelman Arts Center, and the Williamstown Theatre Festival. She is an advocate for actors and artists. This is her second term as president of the Casting Society.
About Steven Tylor O’Connor
Steven Tylor O’Connor is an Emmy Award-winning Associate Casting Director at Aufiero/Horn Casting. Credits include Netflix’s The Healing Powers of Dude (Emmy win), 13 Reasons Why and Disney's Andi Mack (Two Artios nominations and one win).
About Becca McCracken
Becca McCracken is a casting director for the 2022 Tony Award winning Court Theatre in Chicago and also casts independently for theater, film and television. Specializing in the Chicago Market and being a magician when it comes to a search or local casting, some notable projects include Somebody Somewhere, Empire, Chicago Fire & PD, Contagion, Divergent and West Side Story at The Lyric Opera of Chicago. She received the Artios Award for her work casting The Lyric Opera's Carousel. With 19 years in her market, she celebrates the Chicago actors every day and is passionate about mentoring earlier career casting professionals and luring regional theaters, national tours, networks and studios to Chicago to experience this deep talent pool.
About Elizabeth Berra
Elizabeth Berra is a New York based casting professional working primarily in television and film. Recent credits and collaborations with casting director Alexa L. Fogel include Chiwetel Ejiofor’s upcoming independent feature Rob Peace, Michael B. Jordan’s directorial debut Creed III, David Simon’s We Own This City and The Deuce, Shaka King’s Oscar and BAFTA nominated Judas and the Black Messiah and Ryan Murphy’s Emmy nominated Pose, among others. Prior to joining Casting Society’s Board of Directors in 2020, Elizabeth served on Casting Society’s New York Board of Governors since 2018. She is a graduate of Tulane University and resides in New York City.
