Talent Systems, the leading technology solution provider for casting and auditioning to the entertainment industry worldwide and parent company of Casting Networks®, has hired Sarah Hamilton as Vice President of People and Culture. The announcement was made last week by Talent Systems COO Chris Holbert.

“We are extremely pleased with the addition of Sarah to our team,” said Holbert. “We believe that her strong track record in human resources and meaningful industry experience with ITV America and the Glover Park Group strengthens our leadership team and positions us well for continued growth globally.”

As Vice President of People and Culture reporting to Holbert, Hamilton will be responsible for heading up the human resources function for Talent Systems globally. Hamilton is a seasoned leader and manager with over 13 years of human resources management experience in the media and tech industries, having spent 10 years in production and journalism at global companies, as well as strategic communications, advertising, and marketing.

Hamilton has a proven track record of success in a number of areas including organizational design, HR management systems, talent development and training, organizational development and culture, and employee inclusion and engagement. Her experience in applying high impact strategies to improve people operations, facilitate organizational growth, and leverage HR best practices will add immediate value as we seek to advance in all of these areas.

“I am thrilled to be joining Talent Systems at such an exciting time,” Hamilton added. “The opportunity to transform our organization’s people and culture function and further develop the talent we have is extremely exciting. People are our greatest asset, and I look forward to the challenge of harnessing our collective strengths to foster our continued growth.”
