The announcement was made last week by Talent Systems COO Chris Holbert.

As Vice President of People and Culture reporting to Holbert, Hamilton will be responsible for heading up the human resources function for Talent Systems globally. Hamilton is a seasoned leader and manager with over 13 years of human resources management experience in the media and tech industries, having spent 10 years in production and journalism at global companies, as well as strategic communications, advertising, and marketing.
Hamilton has a proven track record of success in a number of areas including organizational design, HR management systems, talent development and training, organizational development and culture, and employee inclusion and engagement. Her experience in applying high impact strategies to improve people operations, facilitate organizational growth, and leverage HR best practices will add immediate value as we seek to advance in all of these areas.
